Your challenge
  • Unterstützung des Bereichsleiters bei der Terminkoordination, den Planungs- und Reportingtätigkeiten sowie der Sitzungsvor- und nachbereitung
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle von der Niederlassung Basel zu Fachbereichen innerhalb der Bank, z.B. zu Marketing im Hinblick auf Eventkoordination oder zum Management Office in Zürich
  • Unterstützung/Mitarbeit bei Spezialprojekten im Rahmen der Onshore Strategie/Niederlassung Basel
  • Temporäre Assistenztätigkeiten für Relationship Manager
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
Your profile
  • Bachelor-Abschluss und/oder eine Banklehre mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Private Banking
  • Beherrschen der MS-Office-Palette & Bankensoftware (z.B. Avaloq-Kenntnisse)
  • Freude an der Kommunikation & Organisation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Zuverlässige, selbständige und diskrete Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und ein ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke
