Join our Assurance Risk & Quality (R&Q), where we shape the future of sustainability reporting. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a critical role at the core of sustainability assurance in Switzerland, with extensive opportunities to develop technical expertise, project management skills, and a global network of Pw C leaders and experts.
Your Impact

• Solve challenging questions in sustainability reporting, helping engagement teams and clients navigate evolving regulations and emerging industry standards.
• Review and guide sustainability disclosures, coaching engagement teams on best practices for impactful results.
• Develop and deliver sustainability-focused training materials and events, sharing expertise both internally and externally.
• Create thought leadership materials and practice aids, supporting engagement teams with innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Assurance Methodology and Risk Management teams to shape our sustainability assurance offerings and strategy.

Your Skill Set

• Manager or Senior Manager level experience, or a strong background ready for promotion to Manager.
• Background in sustainability topics, ideally within financial services, such as Banking or Asset Management.
• Strong client relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
• Fluent in German and/or English; French language skills is a plus
• Proactive, fast learner with strong communication skills, open to working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
