As a Business Intelligence Engineer within the SAFe Agile Team in the Mass Market Analytics ART, you will work on data products used for planning and managing customer touchpoints with the goal of improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will assist in capturing analytical requirements and be responsible for data preparation in a dimensionally modeled semantic layer and our BI tool.

Creating SQL code to extract, transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
Designing user-friendly dashboards using BI tools to provide end users with quick access to relevant information
Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns and generate meaningful insights
Supporting end users in data and dashboard utilization through training and assistance
Active collaboration in an agile environment to continuously improve the data warehouse system

Bachelor's or Master's degree (ETH/UNI/UAS) in a technical field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering)
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau, AWS Quicksight) and solid knowledge of dimensional data modeling, architecture and design
Experience in the data warehouse environment and proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with Python; knowledge of AWS Cloud and Data Science is a plus
