Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.
  
• Responsible for entire processes or process units for clinical and commercial manufacturing projects in therapeutic Bio Conjugates like Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC).
  
• Complete commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for bioprocess equipment and systems.
  

Key requirements:

• Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science subject. Equivalent experience will also be considered for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree.
  
• First GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology
  
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently implement CQV strategies in complex bioprocessing systems.
  
• Knowledge of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) and their bioprocessing requirements.
