About Us
Job description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for capital expenditure projects.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Work closely with finance teams to track project expenditures and forecast future spending.
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and contractors for project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field, e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, etc.
- Around 5 years of experience as a CAPEX Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both English and French
