Key responsibilities :
- Review of tax documentation and tax classification of corporate clients, inheritance cases and other complex cases ;
- Act as a point of contact for FATCA, QI and CRS related inquiries, providing in-depth analysis ;
- Collaborate with various departments to assess complex cases ;
- Assess tax risks associated with complex structures and transactions ;
- Participate in both national and international tax compliance initiatives, supporting booking/servicing centers outside Switzerland (Asia & Middle East).

Niveau d'études minimum
Bac + 3 / L3Formation / Spécialisation
- Bachelor of Laws or international taxation is a plus.
Niveau d'expérience minimum
6 - 10 ansExpérience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar tax compliance role within the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of FATCA, CRS and QI regulations.
Compétences recherchées
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities ;
- Proficiency in analyzing legal structures from a tax compliance perspective ;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an agile and multicultural environment collaboratively with various stakeholders.
