Clinical Education Specialist (f/m/d) - CT - DACH

Job Description Summary
This key position in our Clinical Education Team for Computed Tomography in DACH is responsible for driving clinical education for Switzerland and Austria as well as for Germany.This opportunity is homebased, preferably in the western part of Switzerland and you will be travelling frequently across the region.

Job Description
Your responsibilities .- You will provide technical and clinical guidance and consulting during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
- You will develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
- You will maintain and improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
- You will support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
- By using your market and product knowledge you will assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- You will produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
Your profile
- You are a certified radiographer and have active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical environment
- You have proven demonstrated current clinical CT scanning experience and proficiencies on current products/platforms
- You bring strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- You have established project management skills
- You are willing to travel regularly within DACH to visit customers as well as to attend relevant sales meetings and tradeshows
- You are able to communicate effectively in French as well as in English and you have min basic skills in German
