Your responsibilities
You will support our multi-disciplinary team in all administrative tasks arising from the research team's activities, including but not limited to
- Personnel administration and Accounting
- Support in the preparation of financial and annual reports for sponsors and regulatory authorities
- Organization of on-site, virtual and/or hybrid meetings with sponsors, patient organizations and external clinical partners
- Assistance with documenting and sending out correspondences with Swiss Medic or material to external clinical partners and study participants
- Handling administrative matters related to study participants, including arranging transportation and reimbursement
- Ordering materials and reagents for researchers
Your profile
- You have an understanding of the clinical trial process, clinical practice, and a familiarity with medical terminology
- You are enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary international team of scientists, biologists, clinicians, patient organisations and have an interest in rare diseases
- You have effective communication and good interpersonal skills
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time to ensure the completion of tasks in a timely manner
- You are fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken); fluency in any other language(s) is a plus

Your estimated gross salary for a 100% position should fall between CHF 70'000 and CHF 90'000 per year.
