Commercial Project Management Intern

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented
intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to assist in the coordination of strategic commercial projects. This an ideal role for someone eager to learn about commercial strategy, project management, and the operations of a newly created luxury cruise company. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in
Geneva.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Interest in commercial strategy, project management, and the luxury travel industry
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
- Master the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Support the coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on deliverables and deadlines
- Assist in all meetings related to commercial strategies, collaborating closely with the President and commercial teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and do any necessary follow-ups
- Collect successes and examples of best practices across our commercial teams
- Help manage communication between the President and internal teams, ensuring efficient information flow.

As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude. MSC Cruises feels a deep responsibility for the environments in which it operates, and was the first company ever to earn the Bureau Veritas "7 Golden Pearls" for superior management and environmental stewardship. In 2009, MSC Cruises began an enduring partnership with UNICEF to support various programmes assisting children worldwide.
