Job Description
Client Onboarding & Due Diligence

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on both new and existing clients to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Verify identities, analyze sources of wealth, and assess risk in line with KYC protocols.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete, providing approvals where necessary.
• Take part in specialized reviews, including Russian nexus and commercial accounts.

Ongoing Monitoring

• Keep a vigilant eye on client transactions to identify unusual activities.
• Ensure transaction patterns align with KYC/KYT standards and take swift action when discrepancies arise.
• Investigate suspicious activities and report findings in compliance with AML regulations.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay ahead of the curve on evolving KYC/AML regulations, updating policies as necessary.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless adherence to all legal requirements.

Training & Guidance

• Educate and guide the front teams on the latest KYC processes and compliance updates.
• Be the go-to expert for any KYC-related questions or issues within the division.

Collaborative Impact

• Work closely with departments across wealth management, risk management, legal, and operations to ensure a unified compliance strategy.
• Drive innovation by participating in compliance enhancement projects.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's degree with 3-7 years of experience in private banking or in a Big4 for the same type of mission.
• Advanced proficiency in English; if you have an additional language like arabic or russian, a plus.
• Swiss residency is required.
• Flexibility to travel.
