Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by creating high-quality content that positions Alohi as an industry thought leader and drives growth for our brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across all platforms, and develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, targeting key customer segments and driving brand growth.
- Oversee the production of a variety of content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, writers and designers to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits, to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Plan and execute content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including the company website, social media, email newsletters, and paid promotions.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot) to track key metrics like traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice, tone, and style across all channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong ability to analyze content performance data and translate insights into actionable paths forward.
- Strong writing and editing skills for various channels (including blogs, newsletters, social media, and website), with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
- Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus
