Job description
We are looking for someone who will be contributing and be part of the team that develop and lead the agenda for Cybersecurity for IKEA Supply. As part of the Supply Information Security and Data Privacy team, you will together with your peers continuously improve Cybersecurity strategy and plans for IKEA Supply and IKEA. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans. With your broad knowledge, you will be a big contributor to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark, developing and implementing frameworks, best practices and communities of practice in IKEA Supply.
Together with your peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA, you will define, improve and roll-out Cybersecurity approaches and ways of working More specifically, in this role you will:

• Assess business impact and risks related to cybersecurity; agree and monitor remediation plans
• Be the expert in identify, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity risks and incidents
• Be an active member of the IKEA Supply Information Security and Data Privacy team and IKEA digital community.
• Contribute to further develop the Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for Cybersecurity, information security, data privacy and business continuity.
• At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and role model for fact-based business leadership
• Work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer

In this role, you will report to our Information Security & Data Privacy Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the Business Continuity team, the Business Unit / Department Management teams, Risk management team in IKEA Supply to lead towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA planning framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong passion in the Cybersecurity domain with working experience in at least two of the following domains:

• Cloud Security
• Application Security – SDLC/Dev Sec Ops and CI/CD security
• Vulnerability management
• Security incident response
• IT security audits

You have a strong ability to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives. We are looking for a pragmatic and adaptable person with strong willpower, that can make things happen.
