What your work as a Data & AI Governance Consultant will look like

Establish governance in the data value chain.
Develop data strategies that allow our client to reach their business objectives.
Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that includes data classification, data ownership, data stewardship, data quality management and AI ethics.
Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations.
Developing, implementing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures.
Learn & share: Use your personal development budget to continous learning, growing and sharing your knowledge with others through our monthly Knowledge Exchange Sessions.
Participate actively in building and growing our business in Switzerland.

What we are looking for?

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Track record in implementing data governance frameworks, in performing maturity assessments and in promoting the integration of data governance practices into the organization’s overall business strategy.
Ideally experience with data governance tools. Experience with data quality and data cataloging tools.
Msc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

Consulting & communication skills

Min 2 years of consulting experience with strong communication and structuring skills, managing client relationshisps and business acumen.
Business fluency in German and English language and the ability to design and shape meaningful presentations in both languages.
