Digital Performance and Traffic Campaigns Specialist (H/F)

Your missions
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Online to Offline (O2O) strategies to drive in-store traffic through digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for deploying a local communication strategy using tools such as Google Performance Max, Local Inventory Ads, as well as other channels like Paid Social and Display.
You will collaborate closely with stores to ensure regular campaign tracking, provide clear and concise reporting, and assist them in interpreting data and adjusting strategies based on observed performance.
Additionally, you will provide your expertise to support SEA and Digital Marketing specialists in their daily tasks, contributing to the overall optimization of digital performance.
You will report directly to the Acquisition Leader.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and Executing O2O Strategy
- Data Analysis and Continuous Optimization
- Reporting and Communication with Stores
- Strengthening the E-commerce Traffic Team
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in performance-oriented digital marketing campaign management. Experience in an marketing agency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms for campaign management and optimization. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker Studio or Tableau for performance analysis and creating visual reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and stores. A positive attitude with a strong commercial mindset and customer orientation. Ability to work as part of a team while being autonomous and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Strong data-oriented mindset, capable of using data to guide strategic decisions.
- Fluency in French and English is essential for effective communication within the team and with stores. Knowledge of German is a plus for interacting with some colleagues.
- Location: Geneva (At Blandonnet Store) - with 2 days of home-office.
