Job Description

• Prepare, review, and negotiate EFET contracts and other related agreements.
• Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on contractual terms and conditions, mitigating legal risks.
• Provide legal advice on energy trading activities and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations affecting energy trading.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in law is preferable but not mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a legal role within the energy trading industry.
• Proven experience with EFET contracts is essential.
• Experience with international energy trading regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
