Amundi Alpha Associates is a private equity, private debt and infrastructure manager and advisor based in Zurich, Switzerland with another hub in Paris and EUR 20b Au M. We are a very diverse international team of 70 professionals. The firm is managed by its founding partners and is an asset manager regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). We manage global funds of funds and customized accounts for institutional clients worldwide. We make primary fund commitments, direct coinvestments, and buy mature portfolios in secondary transactions. Our working language is English. Entry-level Legal Counsel – 100%


You will support our Legal Team and have the following tasks

• Support in the process of closing fund investments and matters arising in connection with the management of our portfolio funds
• Support with regulatory filings and KYC matters
• Document filing / administrative tasks
• Completion of subscription documents and assisting the legal team on other ad hoc matters

The ideal candidate will have

• A university degree in law (admission to practice not required)).
• Personal interest in business, commercial law, investing and in particular private markets (private equity, private debt and infrastructure)
• Conscientious and independent work ethic, an interest in learning more about the private markets business, great attention to detail and great initiative
• Excellent English and German skills (reading, writing, speaking) for client exposure
• Able to start in January 2025 or by agreement
