Tasks

We at EQUIP are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Representative Intern. This role is crucial for the proper functioning and management of our autonomous stand-up paddle stations located around the Lac Leman lake, and Neuchˆatel. The other aspect of the job will be to find new prospects and leads to install new stations, and manage the installation in the same area.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the optimal operation of our stations within the designated HUB.
• Be our sales representative for SUP and kayak in the designated area. Locate new potential prospects, engage with the partners on site and manage the deal.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing repairs as necessary.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, proactively addressing potential problems.
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex maintenance needs or improvements.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Be available for regular tasks 5 days a week, with on top an average of 1 intervention per month outside regular working hours. These require a two hour response time.
• Provide valuable feedback and resources to the company for product improvement, operational smoothness, and enhancement.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the sports we provide, including stand-up paddle or kayak.
• Close contact with nautical centers or equivalents.
• Ability to live on-site and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, as comprehensive training will be provided by our internal team.
• Independence and technical/practical abilities to solve problems on site.
• Passion for representing a brand and its products with excellence.
• Live on-site to maintain a close proximity to the work environment.
• Drive and maintain the provided means of transport (a valid driver’s license is required).
