[EQP] Customer Service Representative

Tasks
EQUIP is excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This role is designed for someone looking to gain valuable professional experience, in customer service and support, in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social
- Support the customer service team in their daily tasks, possibly on weekends and
- Learn and use our customer service software and tools.
- Participate in customer service training programs.
- Help in preparing reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Collaborate with team members on special customer service projects.
- Provide general support to the customer service team and other teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Regularly monitor data and dashboards to oversee operational stations, identify
- Analyze performance data to understand trends and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing customer service skills, related to the sports area.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in English and French, with additional languages being a plus.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and software.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
