  You ensure all specific facilities issues are logged and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively
• You action Space related Tickets promptly and accurately, provide timely responses and manage overall traffic
• You utilise systems for recording activities and projects
• Plan and review team numbers and co-location requests to optimise available space
• Create and motivate move strategies and follow up moves for newly open space
• Demonstration of success is key to this role and you will strive to excel in the delivery of KPI's and SLA's for your site
• Regular communication and reporting to Client Facilities Leads
• Manage, coordinate and supervise the delivery of FM services and manage third party suppliers/vendors associated with the implementation and delivery of minor Space Projects/Works, office moves, relocations and furniture installations
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed including supplier Health & Safety inductions, RAMS review and approval, appropriate Permit To Works are in place and review of practices
• Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships with various business partners
• You provide management guidance and lead the team including overseeing the allocation of work, attendance and performance management to exceed the customers expectations and ensure best practice prevails

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
• Basic understanding of planning and managing smaller projects
