• Financial Reporting - Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing process. Perform regular project controlling in the local entity with the focus on project budgets and profitability. Support the monthly management reporting, take part in the group projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting - Support Group Budgeting and Forecasting processes in the Swiss entity, collaborate with local business units to develop comprehensive financial plans and monitor performance variances.
• Cost Controlling and Efficiency Improvements - Support cost controlling measures throughout the local organization, working closely with Group Controlling and operational teams to identify opportunities for savings.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters and effectively communicating insights to non-financial stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and controlling, preferably in a professional service provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of data management and BI tools, with a passion for utilizing and improving available data for reporting and decision-making.
• Flexibility, independence, and composure under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills and assertive communication abilities in German and English.
