We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial controller/business partner at our location in Bubendorf, who enriches and complements our team and actively helps to optimize financial processes. As a member of the Local Controlling Team, your role partners directly with FIN Business Partner DS as well as the other local Controlling Team members.
Your responsibilities:
- Business Partner to various departments incl. Operational cost controlling and variance analysis and commenting
- Coordination and consolidation of month-end reporting
- Coordination and consolidation of local budgeting and other planning processes
- Management of reporting packages and dashboard maintenance
- Management of data validation and accuracy
- Project management and/or support for business cases, continuous improvement initiatives (cost savings, productivity etc.)
- Bachelor's degree, higher or equivalent in business/finance/accounting or related field
- Multiple years of business focused finance positions ideally in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing operations
- Experience with multi-national/global companies in Pharma or Biotech Sector
- Proficient in ERP / SAP S4 Systems, additionally FI/CO/MM/PP functionalities would be an advantage
- Experienced in working with visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Great knowledge in performance management and generating decision-making insights
- Independent and hands-on working stile with strong communicating and storytelling skills and the ability to collaborate closely across the business
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) good knowledge of German is an advantage
