Job description

Your Role:
As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Finance team. You will join the Corporate Financing & Treasury department, being part of a multicultural team with people based in France, Switzerland, South Africa & Vietnam. We are recruiting a Financing & Funding Analyst to support the growing activity on an international perimeter. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Financing & Treasury, you will play a major role in the financial department, and you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Debt Management:

• Debt modelling and follow up
• Closely monitor our Bank Covenants
• Review our financing contracts
• Help the top management to set up new credit facility lines
• Participate with bank relationships

Funding operations:

• Oversee the daily funding operations including the assessment, verification, and approval of financing requests based on assigned credit limits and company policies
• Conduct thorough analysis to maximize the potential cash to leverage
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis
• Be responsible of the compliance and documentation required
• Create dedicated reporting to the Financial Governance to assess financial KPIs
• Propose continuous improvement of the current working capital management strategy

Risk Management:

• Undertake an analytical risk assessment for new prospects as defined by internal processes
• Liaise with our credit insurance/broker for information on new prospects/existing clients
• Investigate on risky prospects based on internal and external information
• Be part of meetings with our external stakeholders to secure the risk
• Reporting of risk KPIs through Power BI reports for the Financial Governance

Your profile:

• Master's degree in financial engineering, Corporate Finance or Data analysis from top school or university
• Strong Interest in Corporate Finance, Cash, and Investment topics with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Interested in ESG topics
• Self-Starter and proactive
• Mastering Excel & MS tools, Power BI is a plus
• Strong Organizational Skills
• English and French are mandatory
• Mastery of generative AI (ex: Chat GPT/Poe.com, etc…) and automation tools (Power Automate etc…) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
