Job description

As the Chief Marketing Officer at Mantu and a member of the Group Executive Committee, you oversee all marketing and communication activities for the Group. Reporting to the Board, you develop the Mantu brand while ensuring coherence with the dozen other brands within the Group.

Your missions:

• Define and lead Mantu’s communication and marketing strategy.
• Develop, protect, nurture, and grow the brand by activating all marketing and communication expertise: PR, events, content strategy, digital communication, institutional and financial communication, internal communication, design, employer branding, etc.
• Inspire and guide an international team of around 40 people across 10 countries.
• Be the guardian of the brand's identity and all related productions, for all our targets: media, clients, candidates, talents, financial partners, etc.
• Maintain coherence in communication across all the Group’s brands by supervising and leading communication and marketing teams working on different brands. Coordinate all brands by defining a common direction and creating synergistic campaigns.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, actively contribute to the development and execution of the global strategy.

Your profile:

• Strong skillset in both communication and marketing, covering a large range of expertise (social media, press relations, corporate, internal and financial communication, etc.)
• AI & technology driven.
• Academic background: Master’s Degree from a top-tier business school or university.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Relying on your ability to articulate both strategic vision and operational deployment, you are KPI-oriented with a keen eye for detail and high standards. You excel in ensuring successful outcomes and are completely at ease in a fast-growing and evolving organization. You have proven yourself as a true hands-on manager capable of leading and growing a team.
