We are looking for a “Gouvernante de Maison”/Property Manager for a secondary residence for a UHNWI family in the Geneva area, Switzerland.

This could be an ideal role for an experienced Housekeeper / Gouvernante / Housekeeping Supervisor in 5*/4* hotels or with private families to take her/his next step up.

The family comes around twice per year to Switzerland.

As “Gouvernante de Maison”/Property Manager you would be responsible for the year-round upkeep and running of the property. You would act as the first point of contact for sub-contractors who will come to the property. You would ensure the highest standards of service by anticipating the family's needs and responding to all their requests.

When the family is not there, the working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday. When the family is there, you would work more and then recuperate the extra hours.
This is a long-term opportunity (100%/CDI); many of the employees of the family have been staying with them for 10-20 years.

Candidates need to be experienced “Gouvernantes de Maison”/Housekeepers/Housekeeping Supervisors, Property/Household Managers or similar either in 5*/4* hotels or with top private families. Candidates also need to have a very good knowledge of French & English, have a driver’s license & car and are eligible to work in Europe/Switzerland. Candidates need to be currently based in Switzerland/Continental Europe due to the organization of face-to-face meetings.

The role comes with a competitive salary (13th month salary).
