We are looking for a Senior Housekeeper for a UHNWI private family in the Geneva area, Switzerland.

This is a great opportunity to stay for the long-term with the family (indefinite contract, 100%).
As Senior Housekeeper you would be working in binom/as a pair with another Senior Housekeeper (7 days work, 7 days off) and oversee a team of 2 junior Housekeepers.

Your responsibilities would include packing/unpacking luggages (setting up residences before clients’ arrivals), taking care of the wardrobe (manage the wardrobe, organize with the dry-cleaning companies), taking care of the Principal’s cosmetics and personal items and also taking care of housekeeping related tasks (around 50% of your time).

You would be mainly based in Geneva, but also be flexible to travel with the family to different other locations (mainly in Europe).

Candidates need to be experienced Housekeepers/Housekeeping Supervisors/“Gouvernantes de Maison” or similar either with top private families or in luxury hotels. Candidates also need to have a very good knowledge of English (some knowledge of French is a plus), have a driver’s license and are eligible to work in Europe/Switzerland. Candidates also need to be currently based in Switzerland/Continental Europe due to the organization of face-to-face meetings.

The role comes with a very competitive salary (13 months’ salary); it is a live-out role, but accommodation would be provided during travelling.
