Your mission

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop the Omnichannel Engagement Team, driving the integration and execution of Classic Media, Trade Marketing, and Social Media strategies.
• Omnichannel Coordination: Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels, optimizing the synergy between Stores and e Commerce channels, Classic Media, Social Media, and Trade Marketing efforts.
• Commercial & P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of omnichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L accountability.
• Media Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Classic and Social Media to guide strategic decisions, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving customer engagement and business growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Brand, Creative and Marketing, as well as CRM, e Com, Store teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track the performance of omnichannel initiatives, focusing on key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, and media reach. Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Program Transformation: Drive the holistic analysis of current omnichannel engagement strategies, identifying opportunities for modernization and implementing improvements to enhance the program's appeal and functionality.
• Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Oversee efforts to attract new customers and increase their lifetime value through innovative omnichannel marketing strategies.

Your profile

• Five years of relevant professional experience in the field of B2C e Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field
• Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard
• Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on Commerce, Marketing, CRM or a comparable qualification
• Two eyes for detail and a strong sense for engaging brand and product visuals
• Analytical thinking and expertise with relevant Media and Marketing tools
• Fluent in German and English
