• Initiating and managing transformation initiatives to elevate the end-to-end customer journey

• Ownership of P&L and other relevant performance metrics
• Proactively fostering relationships with clients, partners and other AXA entities to shape visibility

• Proven leadership capabilities with ambition to not only shape the future of our Property and Construction positioning but to drive the change in the commercial insurance industry
• Ability to develop and drive teams, leading by example and not shying away from challenging situations
• Deep understanding of Property and Construction lines of businesses, including large customer experience with thorough technical knowledge of underwriting, rating methodologies, wordings and business processes
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment
• Eager to develop and maintain relationships with customers, producers and trading partners as well as our international, multi-cultural matrix environment
