Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of one of our key products in automation in alignment with other Product Units
- Drive revenue growth and products specific goals while ensuring high quality of the product
- Lead a multifunctional team (up to 10 employees)
- Develop business cases and execution to further enhance the product
- Manage team and project budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the technical, business, and financial status of initiatives
- Ensure a proper performance tracking of the product in the field and implement improvements in the existing product
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Automation)
- Desirable: experience in business management incl. P&L responsibility
- Innovative and hand-on mentality
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferable in automation products
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a R&D team
- Leadership experience in a matrix environment within a multinational company
- Experience in building and developing teams to deliver results
- Good communication skills in English and German language
- Ability to develop compelling, fact-driven business cases and secure investment decisions from senior leadership
- Willingness to globally travel up to 20%
