Hedge Fund Migration specialist – German speaking
Full time office role (100% in the office)
Zürich, Switzerland location
12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:

• Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents.

• Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with UBS APAC, client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation.

• Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers.

• Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments

• Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements.

• Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC

• Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI)

• Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions

• Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks

• Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations

Skills and experience required:

• 1-6 years experience in Hedge Funds operations and migration processes.

• In-depth understanding of securities settlement and static data administration.

• Strong knowledge of fund restrictions and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage complex client queries and escalations.

• Fluent German and fluent English proficiency.
