About the role

The Clients team helps corporate, institutional, and individual clients navigate the breadth of our offerings across Custody, Brokerage, Credit & Lending, Token Products, Asset Management and B2B.
Potential clients include funds, hedge funds, exchange-traded products, proprietary trading firms, public and private pension funds, asset managers, etc. With Sygnum, you are part of a highly motivated team in a fast-growing industry.
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Funds & Hedge Funds team at our Zurich office. This is an exciting opportunity to support Sygnum in its mission to become the global partner bank of choice for digital assets.
You will play and active role in the day-to-day business and support the Funds & Hedge Funds team in the preparation of client visits as well as the management of client dossiers.


Main responsibilities:

• Telephone, e-mail and face-to-face contact with end clients by being involved in the full client life cycle from onboarding process to the maintenance of existing client relationships.
• Daily support of clients, initiation and monitoring of client transaction and execution of trading orders.
• Opportunity to work on projects and get to know various internal interfaces through active collaboration.

Our ideal candidate

• Completed apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in a position relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in client servicing/customer care of private or institutional clients within a (Swiss) financial institution.
• Familiarity with Swiss banking regulations, in particular CDB 20.
• Distinct customer focus, enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong inner drive to deliver world-class customer service.
• Interest in financial markets and its products.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
• Ability to work in a structured and reliable manner.
