RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
- Creation and processing of employment contracts, additional agreements, and terminations
- Preparation and handling of work permits
- Reporting employee status changes to social insurance providers
- Organization and maintenance of personnel data
- Point of contact for employees on all HR-related questions
- Assistance with conflict resolution and advice on labor law matters
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Supporting the development and implementation of employee development strategies within the QESTIT Group
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or successfully completed commercial training in the field of HR management
- Ideally, experience in recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on active sourcing
- Proficient use of MS Office and an affinity for technical topics
- Strong communication skills, proactive and structured working method
- Excellent German and English language skills
