Overview
Job purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and business managers in our Füllinsdorf factory.
This is a generalist role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities and for providing support to our employees and business managers on site.

You will be supported by an HR Administrative Assistant.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Aligning business objectives with management and employees
  • Advising and supporting managers on strategic and operational HR issues
  • Implementing global HR policies and processes, developing local HR policies and processes
  • Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics and performance
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Addressing employee grievances and relations
  • Driving organizational culture and diversity
  • Close partnership with HR Mgr CH

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources/ Economics or equivalent;
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in Human Resources, factory experience a plus
  • Strong generalist with hands on operational experience of leading the cyclical HR processes for an assigned population
  • Fluent English and German, French a plus
  • Experience partnering with management team
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter who enjoys finding solutions to challenges
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and demonstrate flexibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels across the organisation
  • Accurate, organized, structured, strong attention to detail
