MSF, including OCG, has grown significantly over the last 10 years and until now the HR department has managed that expansion with ad-hoc tools and methods.
To better support the ongoing demands and better serve our global workforce, OCG has launched a transformative HR initiative with one critical pillar being the introduction of an HR Information System (HRIS).
The Solution Architect will lead the integration of a new HR system into the existing IT landscape from an architectural perspective, ensuring it meets both current and future business needs and aligns with the IT strategy. This role will operate within a matrix management structure, reporting to both the Program Manager and the IT Director. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with the Data Architect to ensure coherence with the data management strategy and oversee the integration between the HRIS component and all peripheral systems.
As the HR Data Analyst, your role is pivotal in optimizing our human resources data infrastructure to support the delivery of end-to-end HRIS solutions encompassing the deployment of a new HR solution (Workday) loaded with HR data (current and historical), inbound and outbound integrations.
You will:

• Architectural Design: Lead the design of complex IT systems, ensuring they meet both current and future business needs.
• System Integration: Develop and implement integration strategies for various systems and platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership to implementation and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into the architectural design.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams and design specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the architectural integrity and quality of the solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and comprehensive design solutions.

Your profile

Experience

• Extensive experience in system and data architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, preferably with HR system and in an international environment
• Project Management

Languages

• English and French are the working languages of MSF Switzerland. Fluency in both English and French is required for this position (oral and written).

Skills/ Technical competencies

• Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure), enterprise architecture frameworks, data modeling, and software development methodologies.
