We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates with

• Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
• High energy levels, a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Resilience and motivation to go the extra mile
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and attitude towards high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking (external & internal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High team orientation, independent, positive, open-minded attitude
• For a traineeship, we are looking for candidates with a completed university degree. First experience (e.g. internships, volunteering), preferably, in the sports or entertainment industry or similar agency experience would be an asset.
• A valid work permit for Switzerland (not a student visa) is a requirement
