As an Intern in the Product Development field for 6 months, you will be to be part of the Regional Innovation – Dairy / Plant-Based Dairy team, in the Flavours Division. You will create new Dairy & PB Dairy products and applying new flavours / profiles.

You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you.

This role is based in Kemptthal (Switzerland).

You will:

Prepare flavoured food products for research projects, customer projects and internal presentations.
Select flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, technical costs)
Participate in evaluations of flavours in food applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations
Manage flavour data and recipe documentation for food products
Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
Support tasting sessions and presentations to customers and visitors
Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following safety policies
Collect information from the markets and external sources and prepare data

You:

Are in the process or have just recently completed a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of food science
Have great Interest in Consumer-end Food products and Technology and the passion for Food and Tasting new products
Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Good sense of organization
Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
Team-focused work style
