You will be working in the Roche Diagnostics Product Sustainability and Compliance (PS&C) team. We partner with the business to push innovation in environmental sustainability and ensure transparency & effectiveness of product environmental compliance activities using data insights. This will provide you with the experience of working in a cross-functional and international team where inclusion and diversity are highly valued.

The scope of work will include supporting our Product Stewardship Functional Partners and our Product Sustainability Team leading projects in the area of customer communication for product sustainability. You will also be close to our product innovations as you help with Environmental Product Regulations assessments, under the guidance of one of our experts.

This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid (60% onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Document Product Stewardship Processes for product assessments and applying them.
  
• Develop and implement reporting for our internal customer response system and document best practices.
  
• Creating and maintaining g Sites for the team.
  

Who You Are


You have completed your Bachelor or are enrolled in your Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Furthermore you

• Are experienced in using Google Sheets for data analysis and have the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Are a proactive team player who contributes to decisions about the project, but who can work independently.
  
• Are a confident communicator with excellent English language skills and who is passionate about driving sustainability initiatives forward.
  

Technical details:

The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.

Part-time employment is possible.
