The Position
This position is offered in the Clinical Development team within Medical Affairs and Clinical Development.

The Clinical Development Team explores unmet medical needs and designs clinical development strategies and studies for diagnostic solutions and personalized healthcare. In your role you support the Clinical Development Leads to develop innovative diagnostic solutions in the area of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases.

This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the team with medical/scientific expertise to help develop novel diagnostics solutions.
  
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, collation of relevant clinical and scientific information from different sources, and create new scientific content.
  
• Writing a wide range of medical and scientific documents.
  
• Collaborate with other functions as well as external experts on development programs.
  
• Support the team with the generation of target product profiles, and translation into analytical and clinical product requirements.
  

Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Master’s or Ph D studies at a university, preferably in a health-related scientific field (e.g. cardiology, metabolic diseases, endocrinology, immunology, etc) after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Furthermore you are

• You are interested to transfer your scientific and/or medical knowledge and your curiosity into the development of clinical diagnostic solutions have excellent communication and strong scientific writing skills
  
• You are a team player, ideally with project management skills
  
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must, additional languages are an asset
  

Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.

Part-time employment is possible.

It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.

The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
