Who We Are and What We Offer
The Serum Work Area Systems Lifecycle Team is responsible for the worldwide commercialization of our clinical chemistry and immunochemistry instruments, such as cobas pro and cobas pure integrated solutions. We are taking care of a variety of topics from product management and marketing of our existing products, to exciting developments of our future instruments' portfolio.

This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, at least 50% on site and up to 50% hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Support International Product Managers in their day-to-day activities and assume responsibility for individual (sub)projects
  
• Drive Product Care activities closely with other functions (i.e. Global Customer Support, Post-Market Quality).
  
• Support the marketing team with product launch and product marketing activities.
  
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails, invitations, and agendas
  
• Work with various cross-functional project teams to propose creative and efficient business solutions
  

Who You Are

• You are have completed your Bachelor’s or are enrolled in your Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship
  
• As our product portfolio consists of high-technology analytical instruments, you should bring technical interest and understanding
  
• You have a curious and creative mind and enjoy rethinking ways of working
  
• You are a system-thinker and can easily connect the dots and develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges
  
• You have good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, can prioritize and can easily coordinate events and projects
  

Furthermore you are

• You are a team player who is highly collaborative in a diverse team, participative, autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility
  
• You enjoy working in a global, diverse and dynamic environment
  
• You demonstrate a high motivation with a positive can-do attitude

Technical details:
The preferred start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 6 months.

Part-time employment is possible: we are looking for a capacity of 80%-100%

It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.

The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
