Hybrid Havas Village Geneva Based at Havas Village in Geneva, Havas Sports is the Business Unit (BU) of Havas Switzerland dedicated to sports organizations. Our mission is to support rights holders in their innovation strategy, the transformation of the fan experience and the growth of their marketing revenues.

Havas Sports capitalizes on its in-depth knowledge of sports fans, thanks to the group's proprietary research. Our main goal is to support sports organizations in the deployment of Fan Relationship Management (FRM) strategies in collaboration with the creative, media and customer experience (CX) expertise of Havas Village in Switzerland and internationally.

• Producing strategic recommendations: defining marketing, data & CRM strategies, designing communications plans and digital, influencer or event activations etc.

• Production of operational deliverables: analysis of data & digital performance, creation of reporting and dashboards, production of ad-hoc analyses & data crunching, etc.

• Manage and coordinate clients, partners & suppliers on projects from start to finish under the supervision of a Senior.

• Drafting pitches and responses to calls for tenders: considering the strategy of rights holders, carrying out market analyses, formalizing the methodology and support system, etc.

• Identifying new growth drivers: carrying out benchmarks, identifying new prospects and new offers, maintaining a prospecting database, etc.

• 4/5 years' higher education from a business school or university
• A good knowledge of the sports marketing ecosystem
• Excellent analytical and summarizing skills
• Be able to manage projects
• Perfect French and English
• Excellent skills on Power Point and Excel
• Initial experience in an agency or sports organization would be a plus
