Ready for Swisscom

Together with the project management, you will be responsible for a smooth technical commissioning on our network and ensure proper planning and implementation (configuration) of network changes for our customers. In case of disruptions, you will handle troubleshooting in close customer contact as a 2nd level support. Additionally, you will continuously work on the improvement and development of our services.

Timely and comprehensive communication in case of disruptions, considering the knowledge level of the stakeholders
Work in a Cisco/Juniper environment
Management of additional services like DNS and email
Comprehensive maintenance of system documentation
Creative and proactive collaboration within the team to enhance our services
