Position: IT Manager (m/f/x)

• A Business Analyst is mainly responsible for analyzing and translating data into actionable insights for the organization.
  
• As Marketing Technologist, you will be leveraging technology to optimize marketing, media and e-commerce strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experiences.
  

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In IT at P&G, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and utilizing technology to improve our operations. You will touch upon responsibilities such as:

Data Analytics: deliver real-time insights that improve our business results, inform new business models and optimize operations. Digital Transformation: Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes across the organization. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Become a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on technology trends and opportunities. Technology & Data Strategy: Lead and shape IT projects, aligning those with business objectives and needs, and driving innovation across multiple businesses and functions. Drive and activate user-centric data strategies, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data integration, enrichment and activation. Ensure that technology solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user expectations. Measure and track user adoption and satisfaction to continuously improve the user experience. Technology Governance: Establish and maintain robust IT governance processes, ensuring compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and IT policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to protect our systems and data.

Job Qualifications
Apply if you are/have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, or a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc);
  
• You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities and have a business & consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy.
  
• Passion about discovering new things and learn quickly.
  
• You are a Prioritizer, there are only so many hours in a day and your friends and family deserve some of it.
  
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative and "can-do" attitude.
  
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
  
• Data analytics, management and visualization skills / tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI)
