• A Business analyst is mainly responsible for analyzing and translating data into actionable insights for the organization.
  
• As Marketing Technologist, you will be leveraging technology to optimize marketing, media and e-commerce strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experiences.
  

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an IT intern at P&G, you will have the opportunity to work on various responsibilities, including:

Data Analytics: delivering real-time insights based on data that improve our business results, inform new business models, and optimize operations. Digital Transformation: supporting digital transformation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes across the organization. Business Partnership: collaborating closely with multifunctional teams to understand their needs and contribute to effective technical solutions. Technology Governance: supporting the establishment and maintenance of robust IT governance processes, ensuring compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and IT policies.

Job Qualifications
To qualify for the IT internship, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

• You are available for a 6-months internship, of which you are at least 4 months enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, or a related field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc);
  
• Comfortable working with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities, and possessing a business and consultancy mindset, while being technically (data) savvy.
  
• Passionate about learning new things and quick to adapt.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative, and possessing a "can-do" attitude.
  
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
  
• Knowledge of data analytics, management, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
