To strengthen our international team in Switzerland, which is active in Portugal and China, we are looking for an experienced IT project manager to take responsibility for our exciting IT projects.
Core tasks
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects within the company (including IT infrastructure projects)
- Ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of time, budget and quality
- Project management or sub-project management for the introduction of an ERP system in the production environment
- Application and promotion of the Lean IT philosophy to optimise processes and reduce waste
- Communication and collaboration with C-level executives and various stakeholders, including specialist departments and external partners
- Identification and management of project risks and development of solutions
- Continuous optimisation of project management processes and tools
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT sector
- Proven success in the implementation of IT projects, ideally in the introduction of ERP systems in production companies
- Sound knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)
- Experience in applying the Lean IT philosophy to optimise processes
- Strong team and communication skills, especially when liaising with C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of local languages (Portuguese, Chinese) is an advantage
