Junior Group Controller:
We are looking for a Junior Group Controller to provide support to the Group Head of Planning and Controlling.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
provide accurate, timely and comprehensive financial information on variances;
work with Head of P&C to provide guidance on budget and financial forecasts;
establish, implement and monitor the Group's budgeting policies and procedures;
support the Head of P&C in forecasting and budgeting operation, driving efficiency through process improvement and standardization;
ensure the integrity of financial data on the chosen IT platforms and support the development needs;

support the Head of P&C in driving the yearly budgeting, quarterly rolling forecast process and the 3 years business plan.

Hard Skills
bachelor Degree, Master in Business Administration (optional);
at least 7 years experience in a manufacturing Company;
experience in managing a planning and controlling function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment;
experince of managing across different cultures and across multiple jurisdictions/time zones;
fluent in English.
