L1 Desktop Support Technician - Glattbrugg, Switzerland

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Glattbrugg, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations at our Glattbrugg location.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and manage IT equipment and infrastructure at the Glattbrugg location.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Collaborate with remote IT teams to address and resolve complex technical problems.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing desktop support in a professional setting.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German, and English (C1 level required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid work permit for Switzerland.
Flexibility to work on-site and handle technical issues in a timely manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: CHF20.00 - CHF30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
