Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will have a background in HR matters, commercial contracts, and day-to-day business operations. This role will support the Senior Legal Counsel in providing comprehensive legal services to the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support on HR-related issues, including employment contracts, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support the Senior Legal Counsel in managing day-to-day legal matters, including corporate governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions and operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Handle some other legal tasks related to our Swiss Construction site.

Skills and Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role (including law firm and in-house), with a focus on commercial contracts, and business operations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in diverse, cross-cultural working environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast paced environment and to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner independently or to collaborate with other.
• In-house experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry, health regulatory environment, and intellectual property licensing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction in Switzerland.
• Fluency in English and German is a must.
