What will you do
  • Planning and execution of all warranty, repair and calibration work
  • Administrative processing of service work
  • Processing of open cost estimates
  • Proper receipt of incoming repair consignments
  • Ensuring that the devices are fully functional before delivery
  • Regular calibration and maintenance of reference devices and tools
  • Continuous checking and calibration of demo and rental devices for perfect functionality
  • Product service training for BU's and partners
  • Providing customers, BU's, partners and suppliers with professional advice and support
  • Final assembly of high-quality, electronic measuring and testing devices
  • Calibration of measuring devices and accessories
  • Compilation of measuring device kits
  • Carrying out the outgoing inspection of measuring devices and individual parts
  • Storage and retrieval of components in the ERP system and warehouse management system
  • Training and supporting suppliers in the production of devices
  • Assistance with warehouse and production optimization

What do we expect
  • Mechatronic training or corresponding professional experience (3 to 5 years) in the field of assembly and electronics
  • Very good technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Very good IT skills
  • Experience in repair work is considered an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German as well as English language skills
  • Team playing abilities
