What will you do
- Planning and execution of all warranty, repair and calibration work
- Administrative processing of service work
- Processing of open cost estimates
- Proper receipt of incoming repair consignments
- Ensuring that the devices are fully functional before delivery
- Regular calibration and maintenance of reference devices and tools
- Continuous checking and calibration of demo and rental devices for perfect functionality
- Product service training for BU's and partners
- Providing customers, BU's, partners and suppliers with professional advice and support
- Final assembly of high-quality, electronic measuring and testing devices
- Calibration of measuring devices and accessories
- Compilation of measuring device kits
- Carrying out the outgoing inspection of measuring devices and individual parts
- Storage and retrieval of components in the ERP system and warehouse management system
- Training and supporting suppliers in the production of devices
- Assistance with warehouse and production optimization
What do we expect
- Mechatronic training or corresponding professional experience (3 to 5 years) in the field of assembly and electronics
- Very good technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Very good IT skills
- Experience in repair work is considered an advantage
- Good written and spoken German as well as English language skills
- Team playing abilities
