Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business, either directly or indirectly via multi-family office
- Commercially-minded with a proven track record in client acquisition and fostering organic growth
- Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus
- Excellent command of English as the primary business language; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Some management experience will be beneficial for this role
- Banking experience, though not mandatory, is advantageous
- Location : Flexible location, with a willingness to travel to Zurich periodically.
