Job Summary

What you will do

• Deliver training locally and provide 1:1 support to Super Users/End Users on MDM tools and new procedures.
• Provide first-line support to Super Users/End Users at local sites.
• Escalate issues encountered in the business to senior Master Data Management levels.
• Perform Master Data cleansing activities.
• Support the implementation of new procedures, including communication of global and local procedures.
• Maintain local MD procedures and work instructions.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Execute master data maintenance tasks with high quality and accuracy (e.g., create/modify/delete data objects, coordinate with relevant business stakeholders, and make changes in the system).
