Your role

• Meet with various product owners to understand their key business journeys in their digitalization ambitions.
• Collaborate with the change management team to translate this understanding into a relevant measures and data set that enables tracking usage and adoption.
• With the support of our data experts, build and distribute dashboards reflecting usage and adoption objectives (using Tableau).
• Act as a proactive contributor by identifying customer journey optimizations.

Your profile

• Strong analytical skills and ability to model information.
• Experienced in data visualization techniques and tools like Tableau.
• Initiative and commitment, self-motivation and ability to work independently while sharing with others.
• Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, investment principles (a plus).
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
